SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
REGULAR SHIPPING
Orders over $250 - Free
Orders under $249 - $12
We use courier services for regular shipping.
Couriers are unable to deliver to Australia Post Parcel Lockers or PO boxes. We recommend providing a daytime residential address or business address where someone will be available to sign between 9am -5pm, Monday - Friday. If no one is available to sign for your parcel it will be left at your shipping address. By accepting our terms of sale, you are giving Kennedy Parker the authority to leave the parcel at your specified address.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
$25 flat fee (per box)
We currently use Australia Post for express shipping, so Australia Post Parcel Lockers can be used if preferred.
The system will only allow express shipping to be applied to purchases that weigh 2.2kgs or less. Please let us know if you want Express shipping on multiple shoe boxes so we can invoice you for the additional shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to a selection of countries. Shipping fees will be calculated in the cart once you enter your address. We do not collect any duties or taxes on your behalf, so please be aware of the duties and tax charges that may be relevant to your area as you will be responsible for them when your parcel arrives in your region.
SHIPPING TIMELINES
We aim to ship your order within one business day of receiving it.
During sale periods this may take 2 business days, including Express shipping.
Regular shipping takes 2 to 10 business days once received by the courier.
Sydney / Melbourne - typically 2 to 3 business days
Brisbane Perth - typically 7 to 10 days
IN STORE PICKUP
Yes, you can pick up from our store, located at 12G Gay's Arcade, Adelaide. You can select this option in your cart.
TRACKING DETAILS
Yes. Your tracking number is in your shipping confirmation email. Click on the number for a convenient link to the shipper's website. Or put your tracking number into the chat function on the website.
SHIPPING DAYS
Orders are shipped on weekdays, excluding South Australian Public Holidays.
