Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - AUSTRALIA
We will offer you a store credit, exchange or full refund for any full priced purchase that is returned in unworn, saleable condition with packaging intact within 30 days of purchase.
When you get your new shoes, try them on carpet so you do not mark the soles, and keep the packaging intact.
- Shoes that have been worn, or the soles damaged will not be accepted back.
- Boxes wrapped in tape which ruins the packaging will not be accepted back.
If you decide to return or exchange your purchase, please call or email us to let us know your parcel is coming and put a note in the box with your request.

All shipping costs to return will be at the customer's expense. If we send you an exchange, we will post the replacement pair at our cost (except for sale items, see below)
Once we receive your parcel, we’ll assess the quality, then process a refund, exchange OR store credit for the amount paid. We will email your new receipt to you.
Adelaide customers are welcome to return or exchange in-store at 12G Gay's Arcade, Adelaide, even if the purchase was made online.
Please note: We will not refund damaged/worn merchandise or products with labels/packaging removed and you will be invoiced the appropriate amount to cover the cost of shipping the shoes back to you.
It can take up to 24-48 hours to process your return upon receipt of it at KP HQ.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - INTERNATIONAL
We do not accept returns or exchanges on purchases sent outside Australia.
SALE ITEMS
Permanently marked down items marked Final Sale are not eligible for refunds. We are happy to exchange markdown items if we still have the size you need and you are willing to pay for the associated shipping both ways.
Items reduced because of a promotion or bundle can be returned. They can also be exchanged if we have the size you need and you are willing to pay for the associated shipping both ways.
FAULTS
We pride ourselves on the quality and materials used to manufacture our shoes, so if for whatever reason you are not happy with their wear, please consider the following:
Within three months of purchase, we’ll repair a MINOR FAULT at no cost to you. A minor fault is a problem that is easily fixed, such as a rubber outer sole lifting slightly or a broken lace.
Within three months of purchase, we will either replace or offer a refund for a MAJOR FAULT, depending on your preference.
A major fault is a problem that would have prevented you from purchasing if you had previously known about it, such as:
The shoes are unsafe.
The shoes are significantly different from the sample or description.
The shoes do not offer what we said they would, what you asked for, or cannot be easily repaired.
CONSUMER GUARANTEES
Our returns policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law and you have consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us.
If your shoes are not of acceptable quality, not fit for their purpose or are different from the description or sample (keeping in mind leather is a natural product, and variances are entirely normal), then you may be eligible for a refund, exchange or discount of the shoes, should you choose to keep them.
If your shoes are damaged through misuse, accident or abnormal use, the Australian Consumer Law may not apply, and Kennedy Parker may not provide a refund, exchange or repair. An original proof of purchase is required before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
Shoes marked as seconds or samples cannot be returned as that fault was identified at the time of purchase. If the seconds or sample product exhibits a fault (not related to the fault identified at the time of purchase), is not fit for purpose or is incorrectly described, it may be returned in accordance with the above consumer guarantees.
All shoes must be physically returned (mail) to be processed, or images emailed to us as a preliminary measure.
GIFT WITH PURCHASE
If your order came with a gift and you wish to return your item (assuming it is eligible according to the above terms), the gift must be returned also. If the gift is not returned, the cost of the item will be deducted from your refund. In the case of exchanges, please keep it.
