Try the shoes on on carpet when you receive them, and keep the packaging intact, as we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on worn or unsaleable product.

The fastest solution is to reach out directly to the shipping provider. They will usually show you a photo of where the parcel was left so you can confirm if it was delivered to the correct place. And because they have your details, it's you that will be kept informed.

Our shoes are made in India in a factory that has specialised in English style Goodyear welted shoes for more than 30 years. It's a family owned factory with quality skills, who have been exporting quality product around the world for decades.
The leather is imported from Europe and is then tanned in India in a premium quality tannery in the same region as the factory.
